Don’t Be a One Dimensional Leader—Adjust Your Style to the Task

Don’t Be a One Dimensional Leader—Adjust Your Style to the Task.

The above link will lead you to a post written by Ken Blanchard that I can directly relate to. I can’t relate because I’m a manager that uses Ken’s development levels, but recently I’ve undergone a great deal of training. Whether she knows it or not, my manager has been spot-on with each level.

If you’re in a position to lead someone, I strongly suggest you read his post and apply all four development levels to your daily leadership routine.

Enjoy!
